Yes chemicals peels are good and help with uneven skin tone. They go buy your skin type, if you have sensitive skin they use a gentler product to exfoliate your skin. Usually they use fruit acids or lactic acids. But every place is different. The peel last really a week. Your face will appear slightly red afterwards. Then in a few days you notice peeling. Don’t pick at it, just let it take its course on letting old skin sluff off for new glowing skin. They cost about 75-90 dollars and sometimes require more than one treatment. I suggest getting a consultation, most are free and letting them put you on a skin regime, they will suggest different things, probably a chemical peel and better products to use for your face. I have had some and lots of facials and love them, I have great looking skin and get compliments all the time at 31.

One more thing I wouldn’t see a dermatologist at your doctors office, you’ll end up waiting 3 months to get only to have them give you a cream or pill. I would look up spas. They have licenced estheticians that deal with this more and do chemcial peels, microdermabrasions.

i dont know about a chemical peel, but i would recommend microdermabrasion treatment for your uneven face tone- you can get it done at some salons, price depends, but i saw in this one place ‘house of heaviln’ its a beauty college they do it for cheap like 38 dollars a treatment.

No don’t do chemical peel. You can make your skin even by lightening your melasma and blemishes using
papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are
    available online. These work wonders.
Maybe it will work on you too.
Try searching it through Google ‘shopaholic’s bargains’
