What are some healthy snacks fo weight loss?

Im trying to eat more healthy and wanna know what would be some healthy snacks to eat. Are those 100 calorie pack snacks really good? What are the best veggies to speed up metablolism?

Those snack packs are CRAP!! They taste like cardboard -.-

I think tomatos are good for you! Avocados too! 😀

What are some healthy snacks for weight loss?

I’m a semi-healthy eating college student looking to lose a few pounds by bikini season (say 5 lbs. from 125 to 120). I’m also working out about 3 times a week in addition to eating better. Any advice?

Yeah, just keep your goal in mind, and limit how much you eat. Try to make healthy choices, drink a lot of water, and definately keep working out. The more you do that the healthier you’ll be. Some healthy snacks could be fruits and veggies (of course) and I personnaly love yogurt (low fat can be only 60 cals a serving) and you can get dried fruit (watch out for sugar content), healthy cereal (such as oatmeal), rice cakes, and smoothies. 5 lbs shouldn’t be hard and will take only 2-3 weeks if you limit your calories to 1200-1400 a day and work out regularly! Good luck!!
